Our portfolio is broad in diversification spanning over three main arms: Media, Hospitality and Retail. Our goal is to generate value by building brands and growing companies. Twenty years of strategic, deliberate growth.
Located in Beirut, Level 5 Holding was established in 2005 and continues to grow thanks to its strategic involvement across a multitude of fields. Over the years our scope expanded regionally to the emerging markets of the Gulf and Middle East — guided by meticulous assessment of each company's profile, background and potential.
2005
Level 5 Holding SAL is founded in Lebanon, taking majority shareholding in Tree Ad Group and Ligne Bleue SARL, exclusive agent of Eden Park.
2006
Penetration of the Iraqi market through Tree Ad Iraq; branching into hospitality with the establishment of Orchid S.A.L in Lebanon.
2007
Regional expansion of Tree Ad Group to the UAE with Tree Ad International FZ-LLC, serving as a hub for international clients.
2009
Diversification into printing with MMT Lebanon SAL, and consolidation of outdoor advertising through Viacom SAL.
2011 – 2012
Entry into publishing with ArabAd Media Group and Special S.A.L; broadening the OOH portfolio through KZone (M&A SARL from 2015).
2015
Reinforcement of the OOH portfolio with Vianet & Associates; development of hospitality through La Réserve SAL and Orchid Beach Lounge in Batroun.
2022
Ligne Bleue SARL acquires the distribution of Rodd & Gunn, New Zealand's 75-year quality-obsessed clothing brand.
2024
Expansion of the Orchid brand in Batroun with the launch of Escape by Orchid Boutique Hotel — Level 5's first venture into hotels.
